WHAT IS THE CONTEXT OF THE POSITION AND WHAT WILL YOUR PLACE BE IN THE TEAM ?
Under the guidance of the Regional Manager, the account coordinator will assist the team’s consultants to implement new contracts and manage current and prospective clients, in order to fulfil the objectives set by the Group’s Sales Division.
What are your missions ?
As Account Coordinator your day to day missions will include :
1) CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION
•Regular meetings and contact with clients to implement the contract
•Sending and receiving documentation to register new clients
•Producing documents jointly with the client to communicate with its staff
•Technical set-up of the contract within Henner’s IT system
2) PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
•Examining any issues reported by the client and determining what action should be taken in conjunction with the Consultant
•Periodically updating the premiums owed for the portfolio
•Updating client information in the CRM database
•Carrying out administrative tasks
•Maintaining contact with our insurers
•Requesting statistics and preparing presentations
3) INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CUSTOMER RELATIONS
•Conveying all information and action to the Consultant
•Handling customer relations by phone and email
•Taking part in meetings with the sales division and other departments
•Contributing to sales projects involving other departments
•Soliciting prospective customers over the phone
Do you have the right profile ?
You have studied at least for two years (minimum), ideally in the insurance sector and/or management and hold a respective diploma/certificate.
If you already dispose of equivalent professional experience that would be of advantage. You are well organised, communicative and have good interpersonal skills.
An in-depth knowledge of the German and English language, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite for this position.
Any other language, preferably French, would be an advantage. You are attentive, dynamic, and a team player.
