Votre mission

The sales division, which has more than 300 employees in 15 countries, manages the health care contracts of 242,000 expatriates in 198 countries around the world :

You will be integrated within the Singaporean sales’ Team, based in the heart of Singapore.

The main purpose of the role will be to develop and maintain relationships with our insured members.


As Account Coordinator your day to day missions will include :


  • Work with intermediaries, prospective and existing clients and our insurer partners on day to day servicing of medical insurance plans 
  • Provide backend support to sales team
  • Liaison person with inter-departments from operations, medical teams, finance and actuarial departments to ensure client’s requests are met
  • Be accountable to providing reports and information on sales reporting of business transactions to Account Managers
  • Manage Individual and Group contracts and working alongside the sales team to ensure new and renewal contracts are properly executed within timeline
  • Coordinator with internal departments to ensure that Policy Contracts are setup accurately within the agreed timeline

Votre profil

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or equivalent
•One to three years of relevant work experience in customer service and or relationship management
•Good verbal and written skills and proficient in English and French
•Good interpersonal skills and must be able to work well with all levels of internal staff and client/business partners
•Must have a strong attention to detail, pro-activeness and the ability to prioritize tasks assign
•Proficient with MS office especially Excel and Powerpoint
•Able to work under pressure with deadlines provided by the supervisor
•Ideally candidates should have one to three years of work experience in supporting sales team in the insurance industry
•Candidates with CGI or PGI, BCP and HI certificates preferred but not a pre-requisite
