Votre mission

Our growing European sales organization is looking for a Junior Business Development Manager for our Berlin sales location. Under the supervision of the General Manager of Henner GmbH in Germany, you are responsible nationwide and in the European-German-speaking area for developing a distribution network in the respective target group segment. You will be supported by our Account Managers and Account Coordinators. The following interesting and wide-ranging tasks await you :
 

* The identification of suitable companies and respective contact persons
* Acquisition of potential corporate clients
* Development of sales concepts for direct and online sales within the target segment
* Participation in the development of a go-to-market strategy for the German-speaking market
* Development of product and service concepts
* Creation of a business case
* Operational responsibility for the implementation and post-processing of workshops and sales events
* Presentation of results at management level
* Establishment of a distribution network consisting e.g. from insurance brokers, consulting companies, relocation companies etc.
* Conception of sales supporting materials
* Conducting competitor and market analyzes
* Project management or project coordination
* Participation in the development of attractive remuneration models for distribution partners
* Execution respectively coordination of tender processes

Votre profil

You hold an university degree, ideally in the area of insurance, business or management. In addition, possessing at least three to five years of professional experience in the insurance industry or in sales of financial services is essential.

 

You also have :

 

* an open-minded personality with a strong service-orientation
* the ability of self-organization and self-responsibility
* quickness of grasp, communication skills and analytical abilities
* a professional appearance, reliable negotiation skills, persuasiveness
* foreign language skills. In addition to the German language, you are fluent in English and ideally also in French. You can work in these languages ​​and to communicate professionally with both customers and our teams in France
* the willingness to work at mobile workplaces within the geographical area of responsibility what requires the readiness of travelling regularly 
* online and IT affinity
