Votre mission

The sales division, which has more than 300 employees in 15 countries, manages the health care contracts of 242,000 expatriates in 198 countries around the world :

You will be integrated within the Singapore sales’ Team, based in the heart of Singapore.

The main purpose of the role will be to support and develop the sales back-office’s team and responsible with part of our group accounts.


As Sales team leader you will have two main key focus in your role :


1- Management of the back-office team

  • Ensure that the day to day servicing of individual and corporate clients service promise are met
  • Mentor and coach the team on product knowledge, inculcate best practices and reengineer processes so that this remains efficient
  • Ensure that processes are well documented within the team so as to ensure continuity of best practices
  • Conduct joint Employee Engagement meetings with the brokers at the client’s office (if requested by client/broker) after a policy is renewed
  • Report on numbers on monthly basis to regional manager

2- Servicing of group accounts

  • Manage day to day call queries and email requests from broker/corporate client and foster relationships with them to ensure existing renewal policies are manage properly and timely within our service promise
  • Work with various key stakeholder both internally and externally to ensure that services are delivered. Versatile in dealing with stakeholder outside of country within Henner offices to ensure that services are delivered to the customer/broker
  • Discuss and finalise renewal terms to key corporate accounts assigned with insurance/reinsurance partners

Votre profil

Your profil :


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or equivalent
  • Able to work with various key stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure that Henner service delivery is met
  • Good verbal and written skills and proficient in English
  • Good interpersonal skills and must be able to work well with all levels of internal staff and client/business partners
  • Must have a strong attention to detail, pro-activeness and the ability to prioritize tasks assign
  • Proficient with MS office especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ideally candidates should have one to three years of work experience in supporting sales team in the insurance industry
  • Management enthusiam and first exprience in team building
  • Candidates with CGI or PGI, BCP and HI certificates preferred but not a pre-requisite
