Account Coordinator W/M

Your position is based in Neuilly sur Seine. Within our management center, we are recruiting 1 new Account Coordinator W/M to meet our growth challenges.

Your main missions will be :

MANAGING THE RELATIONSHIP WITH BROKERS AND PARTNERS

To be the privileged contact for brokers and insurers

To be the relay of the field sales representatives and the health benefits management team

Handle telephone calls, e-mails and letters

Assist brokers in the use of their "extranet" sales portal

Be the main contact for our partners' requests

Analyze and prioritize requests

CREATION OF CONTRACTS

Manage memberships through different tools

Analysis and validation of documents required for membership

Creation of contracts on the "extranet" sales portal

LIFE OF THE CONTRACT

Follow-up of the life cycle of the contract from its creation to its termination

Management of contract indexation

OTHER

Updating of the customer database

Participation in sales and service meetings

Contribution to cross-functional projects

Proposal, follow-up and coordination of action plans

YOUR HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES FOR THIS POSITION

PROFILE SOUGHT :

Training Bac +2 (BTS Insurance / Management)

You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position

You have good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate

    Your position is based in Nantes. Within our management center (140 employees), we are recruiting 10 new health managers to meet our growth challenges.

    You are the privileged contact of our insureds:

    - You will advise and assist them whatever channel they choose: telephone, e-mail or mail and you will manage the payment of their benefits,

    - You actively contribute to their satisfaction through the quality of the response provided, the quality of processing and your contribution to the achievement of our site's performance indicators.

    You manage calls from our beneficiaries and health professionals:

    - You inform and advise our clients on the coverage they have taken out,

    - You accompany them on a daily basis in their care.

    You manage calls from our beneficiaries and health professionals. In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

    You carry out the administrative management

    - management of the contract life: registration and cancellation of contracts, collection of contributions,

    - management of health benefits: recording of reimbursements, preparation of estimates, issuing of reimbursements, etc. in accordance with internal procedures,

    - management of updates and modifications to files (contract, address, bank details, etc.).

    You manage customer relations:

    - You will provide information to policyholders on their contract coverage, reimbursements and all aspects related to the life of the contract (subscription, amendments, cancellations, contributions, etc.), mainly by telephone and/or e-mail,

    - You advise them and answer all their requests as well as those of health professionals.

    There is no prospecting or selling involved in your job.
