Vous êtes le contact privilégié de nos bénéficiaires et professionnels de santé, principalement par téléphone et par email :
vous les accompagnez au quotidien dans leur parcours de soins,
vous les renseignez sur les garanties de leurs contrats, les remboursements et tous les aspects liés à la vie du contrat (souscription, avenants, résiliations, cotisations...)
vous contribuez activement à leur satisfaction par la qualité de votre réponse et l’efficacité de votre traitement participe à l’atteinte des indicateurs de performance de notre site.
A noter, il n’y a pas de prospection, ni de vente dans le cadre de votre fonction.
Vous réalisez la gestion administrative conformément aux procédures internes :
gestion de la vie du contrat : enregistrement et radiation des contrats, encaissement des cotisations,
gestion des prestations santé : saisie des remboursements, réalisation des devis, délivrance des prises en charge…
gestion des mises à jour et modifications des dossiers (contrat, adresse, RIB…).

- You will advise and assist them whatever channel they choose: telephone, e-mail or mail and you will manage the payment of their benefits,

You manage calls from our beneficiaries and health professionals :
- You inform and advise our clients on the coverage they have taken out,

You carry out the administrative management :
- management of the contract life: registration and cancellation of contracts, collection of contributions,

You manage customer relations :

Your position is based in Neuilly sur Seine. Within our Information Systems Department, we are recruiting 1 IT Support Technician Level 2 W/M to meet our growth challenges.
Within the Infrastructure & Support area, under the responsibility of the level 2 support manager, you will be responsible for installing and ensuring the proper functioning of IT and telephone equipment (hard and soft) for the workstations of Henner group employees.
The main activities involved are as follows:
- Prepare and deploy laptops via Microsoft Intune
- Configuring and deploying thin clients
- Preparing and deploying mobile terminals and other devices connected to the network.
- Ensure the smooth running of the local network.
- Assist users and partners on site or remotely, in order to resolve their incidents as quickly as possible and to help them work as well as possible with their office automation and IT tools, while working in close collaboration with the other teams in the infrastructure division (administrators, helpdesk, projects, etc.)
- Ensuring the reporting and analysis of security indicators by the CISO.
- Management of VIP requests and incidents.
- Management of meeting rooms (videoconference equipment, room reservation tablet, etc.)
- Drafting of procedures in order to feed a knowledge base and allow the mutualisation of the latter.
- Follow-up, management and inventory of the IT equipment/stock in collaboration with the Asset team.
- Drafting of procedures and production files in order to enable the sharing of knowledge.
- You will also be responsible for the management of requests and incidents via the SERVICENOW ticketing tool.
