MISSION
You take charge of coordinating the care path of our insured persons with severe and / or chronic illnesses (regular contact with our affiliates and our healthcare providers)
You control and validate the requests for insurance contracts: identification of the examinations necessary for the correct apprehension of the current and potential health of the insured.

MISSION :
MEDICAL NETWORK COORDINATOR ASSISTANT ASIA
The Healthcare division comprises more than 50 employees located in 5 countries and 3 continents. It aims at ensuring high quality medical benefits through direct billing services at reduced cost for 242000 insured members based in 198 countries through its International Medical Network. This is where your mission starts!
You will be embedded in our International Network Department team at the Henner Branch office in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) where you will work under the supervision of your manager.
- Daily manage and input information in the Medical Network databases;
- Handle daily requests for inclusion of new Medical partners in the Henner network; perform basic verifications and update/create records accordingly;
- Verify quality, relevance and compliance of data entered in the Medical Network databases; ensure that processes are followed by other team members;
- Assign emails to other team members;
- Prepare and proofread parternship contracts;
- Prepare and execute communication campaigns to medical partners;
- Provide administrative support to Medical Network Coordinators;
- Liaise and share information with other team members.
PROFILE :
High School diploma
First experience in administrative or customer service
Experience in assistance and/or medical insurance sector a plus
You are rigorous, organized and have an excellent attention to details
You are process oriented
You have good interpersonal skills and like working as part of a team
Languages: Fluent English. A second language would be a plus

MISSION
As a fast growing company we are expanding and currently in search of the right candidate to fill the Client Service Officer position in our Kuala-Lumpur office. This exciting opportunity has arisen to join the group within our International Operations department. The main purpose of the role will be to develop and maintain relationships with our insured members.
The ideal candidate will be motivated with the capacity to work well in a busy international environment and enjoy multi-tasking. You will be detail oriented and have gained similar experience in a corporate environment.
Main responsibilities will include:
Evaluate and administer customer claims.
Liaise with insurance companies, clients and service providers via telephone and email.
Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers.
Handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide.
Regulate health care costs for policyholders and third parties.
Processing e-claims.
Invoicing.
PROFILE :
We are seeking candidates who already have a first experience in the field of customer services or the administration of health insurance contracts.
You are fluent in English. Other languages can be a plus (Chinese...)
You are well organised, thorough and enjoy working on different tasks.
