JOB DESCRIPTION : Reporting to the Fraud Department, you will be involved in the following activities:
Identify and investigate cases of suspected fraud and abuse for assigned clients before and after payment in close relationship with the Medical Team, Management and the Network.
Prepare formal and detailed reports for Management and/or to clients
Verify correct application of fraud procedures by managers (training on procedures in place including reminders; awareness emails)
Contribute to the follow-up of the activity through reporting
Contribute to process improvement and fraud awareness
Analyze alerts received from Finance department regarding suspicious transactions
Participate in data mining analyses
REQUIRED PROFIL :
Requires 2+ years of experience in a similar area
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, critical thinking and planning, and written communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information is essential, work with minimal supervision on multiple projects
Ability to prioritize
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
Fluent in English
