Administrative officer F/H

THE POSITION

Our Management Center Division is looking for its future "Administrative Manager" (M/F) on a permanent contract. Our teams within the Management Center Division support our beneficiaries and healthcare professionals by providing practical solutions, while also anticipating the needs of our insured clients to make their lives easier. You will join a supportive and proactive management unit consisting of 15 to 20 team members at our headquarters based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

If you decide to join us, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing contracts and benefits administration:

• Process requests for hospital coverage from insured clients or healthcare facilities directly through our internal software

• Ensure a rapid response within standard timelines, tailored to internal procedures

• Proactively assist the management unit and the Manager

• Contribute to the smooth operation of management processes, ensuring service quality and adherence to deadlines in the handling of cases within your scope

Managing the service email inbox:

• Handle information requests (from insured clients, healthcare facilities, brokers, partners)

• Redirect emails to the relevant departments if necessary

• Ensure a prompt and appropriate response in accordance with internal procedures

No prospecting or sales are required for this position.

YOUR PROFILE

Preferably holding a Bac+2 qualification, with or without experience in insurance, you enjoy teamwork and possess strong interpersonal skills.

You are attentive and customer-focused, with a methodical approach and a strong sense of organization, rigor, and responsiveness in your daily tasks. You are dynamic by nature and bring enthusiasm to your work. You are committed to achieving set objectives, including treatment quality, volume, and deadlines.

    Au sein de l’équipe Paie, vous participerez à la gestion complète de la paie pour les collaborateurs du groupe en France, dans le respect des délais, des obligations légales et conventionnelles.

    LE PROFIL RECHERCHE

    Diplômé d’une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en ressources humaines, paie ou comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 7 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.

    Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble du processus de paie, des éléments variables jusqu’aux déclarations sociales (DSN), et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques associés (logiciel de paie, SIRH, Excel).

    Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et discrétion sont indispensables pour réussir à ce poste. Vous aimez travailler en équipe, savez gérer les priorités, et faites preuve d’un bon relationnel dans vos échanges avec les collaborateurs.

    Une connaissance de la solution PeopleNet (Méta4/CEGID) serait un véritable plus.

    THE POSITION

    As part of our Consulting Business Unit, we are hiring a Technical Sales Coordinator W/M on a permanent contract (CDI) to support our growth. The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

    Reporting to the Manager, your main mission is to act as a liaison and facilitate collaboration between the Sales teams and the Operations/Support teams, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and internal processes.

    THE RESPONSIBILITIES

    Your main duties will include:

    Following up on commercial files prepared and signed by the Front Office: verifying their accuracy and completeness, and setting them up in the relevant systems (BMF, Benefits tables, Client guides, indexation processing, etc.).

    Facilitating communication and coordination with the Front Office and other Henner departments.

    Managing client claims and issues that require investigation with other teams, and resolving blocking situations.

    Ensuring correct contract configuration (execution, review, and adjustments).
