THE POSITIONOur Medical Expertise and Healthcare Networks department is looking for its future Assistant Coordinator – Partnerships (M/F) on a permanent contract.You will be joining an international, supportive, and proactive team with colleagues across several continents. This position is based in Abidjan.As part of this professional opportunity, you will be responsible for managing logistical and administrative tasks while providing support to the teams.If you decide to join us, your main responsibilities will be:1. Ensuring smooth logistical operations:Anticipating office supply needs, identifying external suppliers, placing orders, and coordinating the proper distribution of supplies;Organizing and archiving administrative documents;Setting up and monitoring administrative processes essential for the smooth functioning of the office, ensuring the reliability and fluidity of exchanged information;Acting as a central point of contact and support for the Abidjan and Maputo (Mozambique) offices.2.
