Within our management center, we are recruiting new healthcare managers to meet our growth challenges.Because, at Henner, we're here to provide concrete answers, but also to anticipate the needs of our policyholders and make their lives easier: You are the privileged contact for our beneficiaries and healthcare professionals, mainly by telephone and email:- You support them in their day-to-day care, - you provide information on contract cover, reimbursements and all aspects of contract life (subscriptions, endorsements, cancellations, premiums, etc.) - you actively contribute to their satisfaction through the quality of your response, and the efficiency of your processing contributes to the achievement of our site's performance indicators.Please note that your role does not involve prospecting or sales.You carry out administrative management in accordance with internal procedures: - contract management: registration and cancellation of contracts, collection of premiums,- management of healthcare benefits: entry of reimbursements, preparation of estimates, issue of reimbursements, etc. - management of file updates and modifications (contract, address, bank details, etc.).When you join our teams, you'll receive training on our management site, and full support in our business and tools. Your job is not a routine one, and you'll be working in a highly versatile position with scope for development.
