Nous recrutons 1 nouvel Assistant(e) de Gestion pour répondre à nos enjeux de croissance.Si vous acceptez de nous rejoindre, vos principales missions seront : Assister le responsable de pôle dans la gestion administrative du site Organisation et Préparation des événements (visite, réunions…) du siteContribution à l’élaboration de supports de présentation Suivi des achats pour le site Interlocuteur de référence des prestataires externes sur le site (travaux, services généraux…)Suivi du taux d’occupation sur le siteProposer, organiser des animations pour faire vivre le site, dynamiser les équipesLE PROFIL RECHERCHE Vous avez un bac +2, avec ou sans expérience en assurance… mais votre personnalité nous intéresse tout autant.Vous faites preuve de rigueur, vous êtes à l’écoute, vous êtes méthodique et organisé. Vous maîtrisez les outils de bureautique et disposez d’une expertise sur Excel.
