Your position is based in Neuilly. As part of our Project Management Assistance team (6 employees), we are recruiting a Project Manager (F/H) to meet our growth challenges.

You will be responsible for monitoring the operational management and reporting of projects in the IT project portfolio.

- Check that projects are progressing according to defined requirements (quality, cost, deadlines, etc.) and that commitments are being met.

- Verify application of methodology and best practices.

- Perform risk analysis

- Assess current and projected capacity of resources and tasks, propose optimization and possible reallocation

- Monitor allocated resources in relation to forecasts (consumed, remaining work, planning)

    - to promote medical prevention among our customers and their employees

    The main tasks will be as follows:

    - Ensuring operational monitoring of the contract (coordinating the implementation and monitoring the roll-out of prevention actions, identifying any sticking points, monitoring customer reporting actions, etc.). This mission requires close coordination with the company's various internal and external stakeholders (Prevention partners in the Medical Department, teams in charge of the operational deployment of actions, sales teams, etc.).

    - Coordinate the implementation of health audits and participate in the analysis and drafting of these audits.

    - In liaison with the sales teams, ensure the follow-up of the commercial relationship with potential prospects, from the first contact to the effective implementation of the service (detection of commercial opportunities, follow-up of potential prospects, follow-up with customers and prospects...).

    Your position is based in Villeneuve d'Ascq. Within our management center, we are recruiting an animator. Because, at Henner, we're here to provide concrete answers, but also to anticipate our policyholders' needs and make their lives easier:

    - You will work alongside your manager to manage the business:

    - You will coordinate and organize the activities in your area to guarantee the satisfaction of our policyholders.

    - You will ensure that files are processed in compliance with deadlines and processes, while also contributing to them.

    - You will be responsible for activity reporting and data reliability.

    - You support the development of team skills

    - You train new arrivals and support the development of team managers' skills.

    - Validate files within your scope of responsibility

    - Provide technical and managerial support to the team

    - You will be the technical contact and, as such, you will be called upon to handle complex files and deal with any malfunctions.

    - You are responsible for maintaining a good social climate within the team, and alert the head of the management unit if necessary.

    You can start work on a permanent contract in the next few days (or weeks), depending on your availability.
