Client Services Officer (French Speaking)

Your position is based in Tunis. We are recruiting bilingual French speaking Client Service officer W/M to meet our growth challenges.

You will be the point of contact for our healthcare professionals:

- you will advise and support them, whatever channel they choose: phone, e-mail or post, and you will manage the payment of services,

- You actively contribute to their satisfaction through the quality of the response provided, the quality of processing and your contribution to achieving our site's performance indicators.

You will be responsible for administrative management:

- managing healthcare benefits: entering reimbursements in accordance with internal procedures,

- managing updates and changes to files (contract, address, bank details, etc.).

- You will advise and respond to healthcare professionals.

You won't be prospecting or selling as part of your job.
