Reporting to the Department Manager, you will join a team of 10 advisors and support them in making telephone contacts with policyholders (outgoing/incoming calls), mainly for the marketing of B-to-B and B-to-C supplementary health insurance contracts.Throughout your career, you'll receive training in Henner tools and insurance basics, and you'll be supported by experienced team members.In this capacity, your missions are as follows:As a Sales Advisor, you will work on the following topics:- Managing customer requests (subscriptions, changes to cover, cancellations, etc.), regardless of the communication channel used (e-mail, telephone, post).- Provide advice by informing prospects/customers of the offer best suited to their needs and budget, issue quotations and carry out sales follow-ups.- Ensure file follow-up (mail processing, scanning, archiving) by entering detailed information into the dedicated tool in real time, and keep the customer regularly informed.- Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.- Outgoing calls as part of a sales campaign or to follow up prospects on current quotationsYOUR HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES FOR THIS POSITIONIdeally, you will have at least one year's professional experience in an account manager or customer advisor role.You have good interpersonal skills, and master oral and written expression (spelling, syntax).You are rigorous and organized, enabling you to manage several tasks at the same time.You're a team player, and you're autonomous in the tasks assigned to you, enabling you to contribute to the life of the team on all subjects.We use various digital tools to keep track of our accounting and limit paper documents as much as possible, you know how to adapt to several tools (Pack Office 365) without worries.You are someone who can be counted on and who also likes to be able to count on a respectful and supportive working environment.HENNER PRESERVES ALL YOUR LIVESWe know you don't just have a professional life.
