Responsable d’unité de Gestion F/H

Votre poste, en CDI, est basé à Nantes, à quelques pas de la gare TGV accès sud.
Au sein de notre Direction des Opérations Santé, nous recrutons un Responsable d'Unité de Gestion pour répondre à nos enjeux de croissance.
Rattaché au Responsable du Centre de Gestion, vous managez une équipe de 10 à 15 collaborateurs :
Vous êtes garant du pilotage opérationnel de votre activité
- vous animez les indicateurs de performance (flux entrants, traités, délais, …)
- vous maîtrisez les différents outils d’analyse et d’aide à la décision
- vous adaptez l’organisation de votre équipe selon les besoins pour atteindre les engagements pris envers nos clients
Vous assurez la satisfaction de tous vos interlocuteurs (assurés, partenaires, clients internes et externes …) :
vous garantissez le respect de notre processus qualité dans votre équipe
vous coordonnez, avec l’ensemble des équipes supports, toute action liée à votre activité et aux attentes de vos clients,
vous proposez vos idées pour améliorer nos process de Gestion (qualité, efficacité, délais...)
vous représentez l’entreprise auprès de vos clients et partenaires
Vous accompagnez votre équipe au quotidien :
- vous recrutez, intégrez et accompagnez la montée en compétence de tous vos collaborateurs dans le respect de nos valeurs de « Caring »
- vous définissez et challengez les objectifs collectifs et individuels

Audit Officer
YOUR JOB AND LIFE AT HENNER
Your position is based in Villeneuve d'Ascq. As part of our Operations Department, we are recruiting a Business Steering Manager to meet our growth challenges.
Reporting to the site manager, you will have a cross-functional, multi-skilled role, supporting and facilitating managers in their day-to-day work. You will contribute to the smooth running of the site by providing the operational teams with all the tools and information they need to manage the business.

- Consolidate operational performance indicators (production, lead times, productivity)

Responsable Service Delivery Management F/H
YOUR JOB AND LIFE AT HENNER
Your position is based in Neuilly. Within our IT Services Division (110 employees), and more specifically within the SDM/OnBoarding department, we are looking for a team leader who will report directly to the Director of Research. You will be responsible for leading the team based in Neuilly, as project manager for partner roadmaps, and as the IT department's point of reference for sales teams on all pre-sales, tender and implementation issues.
You will also play an active role in promoting the IT Department's know-how throughout the Group's commercial BUs.
Missions and activities

- Support and develop the team's know-how
- Contribute, in collaboration with the manager, to the continuous improvement process by setting up a solid documentary base on all our partnerships (Partner file, Management output file, etc.).
- Improve existing processes by taking a fresh look at what already exists at Henner.
2.supervise and coordinate team projects
- In collaboration with his/her manager, coordinate the development teams on the various partner projects to ensure that roadmaps are progressing smoothly. The manager will be able to call on the dedicated SDM designer as well as other ISD teams, depending on the project.
- Present the various projects to his teams and, in collaboration with the other IT delivery managers, adapt the technological choices and methods to be used in line with Henner's IT trajectory.
3.promote IT know-how within the sales BUs
- Participate in events with the business units to promote IT know-how in OnBoarding (Vie ma vie, RES, team meetings, etc.).
- Lead quarterly committees to highlight work done, in progress and to come.
- Define a communication plan to publicize the team's successes.
4. Manage desktop publishing TMA.
- Gather and analyze user/customer requirements, in collaboration with the AMOA teams, before passing them on to TMA.
- Challenge proposed solutions and quotes
- Ensure operational follow-up via weekly COMOPs and quarterly COPILs.

You have at least 8 years' experience in Service Delivery Management and have already managed a team.
You are familiar with project management (identifying needs, constraints, budget and deadlines).
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
You are familiar with database query languages (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
Ideally, you have worked in the healthcare, social protection or financial sectors.
Your organization, rigor, autonomy and creativity are essential.

The Henner Solutions Courtage Sales Department is looking for a Sales Associate (F/H), on an open-ended contract, in charge of monitoring the commercial relationship with our network of partners.
The position is based in Lyon.
Your main tasks will be :
MANAGING BROKER-PARTNER RELATIONS
- act as the main contact for brokers and insurers
- Act as a relay between field sales and the health benefits management team
- Handle telephone calls, e-mails and letters
- Assist brokers in using their “extranet” sales portal
