LE POSTE

Notre Direction des Fonctions Support recherche son apprenti « Juriste Assurance F/H » pour une durée de 12 à 24 mois.

Le Département Juridique, au centre des Fonctions Support, est composé d’une équipe Legal Business Partners. Son activité consiste à assurer, pour l’ensemble du Groupe, une mission de conseil, d’expertise, de veille juridique, de protection et de défense de ses intérêts. Elle garantit également la conformité des activités Henner à la réglementation et accompagne son développement.

En support au Responsable Juridique, vous intègrerez une équipe à taille humaine d’experts au siège social situé à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92).

Dans le cadre de cette alternance, vous êtes associé aux activités suivantes :

  • Etude, analyse et rédaction de protocoles de délégation de gestion et avenants de mise en conformité conclus avec les organismes assureurs

  • Mise en application de la réglementation Solvabilité 2, des directives de l'ACPR en matière de maîtrise des risques délégués et de la réglementation CNIL

  • Rédaction de clauses contractuelles conformes aux procédures internes à l’entreprise et à la réglementation Solvabilité 2

  • Participation et organisation des comités d’études avec les directions opérationnelles et support du groupe

  • Coordination de la relation avec nos partenaires assureurs

  • Veille juridique sur l’évolution de la réglementation Solvabilité 2 au niveau national et communautaire

LE PROFIL RECHERCHE

Vous préparez un Bac+4/5 en Droit des contrats, droit des affaires et/ou droit des assurances ou de la Protection sociale complémentaire.

La polyvalence de cette alternance nécessite organisation, autonomie et rigueur.

Vous faites preuve de curiosité, êtes pragmatique et avez le goût du challenge.

Votre sens de l’écoute et du service, votre souplesse d’esprit ainsi que votre excellent relationnel sont indispensables pour réussir dans cette alternance.

    YOUR JOB AND LIFE AT HENNER

    Your position is based in Neuilly. Within our IT Services Division (110 employees), and more specifically within the SDM/OnBoarding department, we are looking for a team leader who will report directly to the Director of Research. You will be responsible for leading the team based in Neuilly, as project manager for partner roadmaps, and as the IT department's point of reference for sales teams on all pre-sales, tender and implementation issues.
