Au sein de notre Direction Mobilité Internationale,en charge du suivi et de la fidélisation des affaires des multinationales françaises pour leur activité mobilité/expatriés, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d’Affaires F/H pour répondre à nos enjeux de croissance.

Votre poste est basé à Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur de cette Direction, vous êtes en charge d’un portefeuille clients à haute valeur ajoutée (CA, nombre de vies, notoriété du Groupe) dont vous assurez la relation client au quotidien.

Ce poste vous offre la possibilité de :

  • De suivre un portefeuille de clients en binôme avec un ou plusieurs directeurs de clientèle, ou en front

  • De coordonner les différentes actions de suivi du portefeuille clients auprès des différents services internes

  • D’assurer le suivi technique, commercial et juridique des dossiers et apporter des réponses personnalisées aux clients

  • De contribuer au renouvellement des contrats en élaborant les études techniques

  • De contrôler, analyser et mettre en forme les résultats chiffrés pour les reportings clients

  • Travailler sur des appels d’offre en synergie avec l’ensemble des services internes

  • Une première expérience en conseil dans le domaine de l’assurance de personnes, la mobilité internationale et la connaissance des enjeux liés à la Santé & Prévoyance à l’international / Employee benefits constituent un plus.

    Your position is based in Neuilly. Within our IT Services Division (110 employees), and more specifically within the SDM/OnBoarding department, we are looking for a team leader who will report directly to the Director of Research. You will be responsible for leading the team based in Neuilly, as project manager for partner roadmaps, and as the IT department's point of reference for sales teams on all pre-sales, tender and implementation issues.

    You will also play an active role in promoting the IT Department's know-how throughout the Group's commercial BUs.

    Missions and activities

    - Support and develop the team's know-how
