THE POSITION
Our Human Resources Department is looking for its future “Recruitment Officer” (W/M) on a permanent contract.
At the heart of the Employee Experience division, the Talent Acquisition team drives the Group’s growth by identifying and selecting the best talent.
Working closely with the team leader, you will join a dynamic and friendly team at our head office in Neuilly-sur-Seine (92).
As part of this professional opportunity, you will be responsible for several recruitment processes, from defining the needs to integrating new employees. Your scope will cover both French and International recruitment (Asia, Africa, and Europe).
Recruitment :
- Collect analyze managers' needs
- Post job offers on our internal tools to make them attractive and aligned with our Employer Brand policy
- Process and track the received applications to ensure an excellent candidate experience
- Conduct phone pre-screening for selected candidates
- Write interview reports
- Participate in recruitment interviews
- Manage the recruitment process and liaise with managers
Employer Branding :
- Promote the company by organizing recruitment events
- Create editorial content focused on recruitment for our LinkedIn page
- Write communication materials in close collaboration with the Communications Department (email campaign, job offer booklet, advertisement inserts)
- Monitor the recruitment budget
- Contribute to cross-functional HR projects
PROFILE SOUGHT
- You have a degree (Bac +4/5) specializing in Business or Human Resources, and initial professional experience as a Recruitment Officer within a recruitment agency.
- You are independent, cheerful, and responsive by nature.
- You have good organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously and efficiently while providing regular updates on the process.
- You are comfortable with office tools (Excel, Word) and candidate management via an ATS/HRIS.
- You are proficient in sourcing techniques (professional social networks, job boards, etc.) and fluent in English

Notre Direction des Ressources Humaines recherche son futur « HR Business Partner F/H » en CDD sur le site de Villeneuve d’Ascq.
Notre collectif de HRBP a en charge dans le cadre du déploiement de la politique Ressources Humaines, d’assurer le support aux managers opérationnels de son périmètre, tout en garantissant le respect du cadre légal et la bonne maîtrise du climat social.
En étroite collaboration avec le HR Manager, vous accompagnez en proximité les collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences et de leur parcours professionnel.
A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :
Conseil et accompagnement opérationnels des managers
Conseiller et accompagner les managers sur leurs problématiques RH opérationnelles (suivi des nouveaux collaborateurs, onboarding, offboarding, disciplinaire) en vous appuyant sur un pôle d’experts.
Contribuer au déploiement opérationnel de la stratégie Groupe en lien avec le Management
Piloter les procédures individuelles et collectives
Gestion de projets RH
Participer activement aux projets transverses RH
Les décliner sur son périmètre en tenant compte des spécificités métier
Gestion de carrière
Travailler en proximité avec les managers opérationnels pour identifier et accompagner le développement des talents (entretiens annuels, entretiens professionnels…)
Piloter les people review
Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de développement des compétences
Accompagner individuellement les collaborateurs dans leur quotidien et leurs projets professionnels (évolution, mobilité…)
Recrutement :
Recueil et analyse des besoins en coordination avec les équipes managériales et le service recrutement
Participer à la rédaction des annonces,
Contacts avec les partenaires locaux
Piloter avec l’équipe Développement RH et les opérationnels les campagnes d’alternance/stagiaire (recensement et recrutement) et le suivi des alternants/tuteurs dans leur quotidien
LE PROFIL RECHERCHE
De formation supérieure dans le domaine des Ressources humaines, vous avez une première expérience significative en tant que généraliste de la fonction RH.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre relationnel, votre diplomatie et votre esprit d’initiative.
Vous maitrisez l’utilisation du Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Sous la responsabilité du responsable de pôle Production, vous assurez le déploiement et le maintien en conditions opérationnelles de nos infrastructures critiques au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire et dans un environnement certifié ISO 27001.
Vous participez aux projets de votre domaine technique.
En tant qu’Ingénieur(e) système linux, vos missions principales consistent à :
Participer à la définition et l’application des normes, méthodes, et outils du domaine
Administrer et optimiser nos systèmes Linux, en particulier Oracle Linux
Gérer l'obsolescence des systèmes, la gestion du patch management et du durcissement
Travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe Devops sur les sujets de containérisation
Développer des scripts Shell et Python pour l'administration système
Assurer la prise en compte et le traitement des incidents pour votre domaine
Assurer la sécurité et la conformité de nos systèmes
Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et d'infrastructure
Participer aux projets en tant que référent Linux

VOS QUALITÉS HUMAINES ET PROFESSIONNELLES POUR CE POSTE
Formation supérieure (Bac+5) dans le domaine informatique
Expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire, idéalement acquise au sein d’une ESN ou d’un infogéreur sur des infrastructures haute disponibilité
Expérience dans l’architecture applicative FrontEnd
Vous êtes force de proposition, pour définir les normes et standards de votre activité et capable de réaliser et/ou piloter des chantiers.
Méthodique, rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous avez également de réelles capacités d’adaptation.
Vous aimez travailler en équipe, et faites preuve d’une excellente communication et d’aisance relationnelle.
Compétences indispensables :
Maitrise des OS : Linux (Oracle Linux/Redhat, Debian),
Maitrise des outils : Ansible, Shell scripting, Python
Maitrise de la sécurité des systèmes Linux
