Sales Advisor W/M (Réf. HSP)

THE JOB

Our Sales Department is looking for its future Commercial Advisor F/H on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 6 months.

Our Henner Solutions Partnerships (HSP) team is the Group’s division dedicated to designing health and provident insurance products for both the individual and group markets. It also operates as a white-label service for managing and developing the health and provident insurance portfolios of our partners.

Working closely with the Service Manager, you will join an ambitious and friendly team composed of 10 sales advisors at our offices in Villeneuve d’Ascq (59).

In this professional opportunity, you will be responsible for establishing telephone contact with our policyholders (incoming/outgoing calls) to market supplementary health insurance contracts in B2B and B2C.

If you accept to join us, your main missions will be:

• Managing client requests (subscription, modification of coverage, cancellation) through various communication channels (email, phone, mail).

• Ensuring advisory duties by offering the prospect/client the most suitable offer according to their needs and budget, issuing quotes, and following up on commercial leads.

• Managing client files (mail processing, scanning, archiving) by entering information into our dedicated tool.

• Handling complaints and implementing the necessary corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.

• Making outbound calls as part of commercial campaigns or to follow up with prospects on ongoing quotes.

  • Medical Network Assistant Coordinator W/M

    THE POSITION

    Our Health Department is looking for a "Medical Network Assistant Coordinator W/M" for an internship lasting 2 to 3 months starting in June/July.

    The Health Department supports our client companies and insured individuals with medical expertise matters. It consists of:

    A Medical Unit made up of medical experts, assistants, and administrative coordinators responsible for the medical follow-up of policyholders living abroad.

    A Healthcare Provider Network Unit, which maintains and develops our global network of healthcare providers to ensure our policyholders receive quality care regardless of their location.
