The health department supports our companies and policyholders when a medical event occurs. This department is composed of medical experts (dentists, doctors, nurses) as well as assistants and administrative coordinators responsible for reviewing specific health records.

You will join a dynamic team in our offices in Lisbon.

You will be the privileged contact for our policyholders, clients, and healthcare providers:

  • Take charge of coordinating the care journey for our expatriate policyholders with serious and/or chronic conditions (regular contacts with our policyholders and healthcare providers).

  • Process medical files for our various activities (Management of prior authorizations, membership requests, sick leave, and disability claims) in the France and/or international scope based on priorities and urgency.

  • Organize the medical prevention services subscribed by our clients (Health check-ups, prevention campaigns, etc.).

  • Implement and coordinate cost control actions.

  • Provide regular reporting on the activities within your scope.

    Your position is based in Neuilly. Within our IT Services Division (110 employees), and more specifically within the SDM/OnBoarding department, we are looking for a team leader who will report directly to the Director of Research.
