THE POSITION :
Our Health & Medical department is recruiting its future "Account Coordinator" on a permanent contract. You will join a dynamic and welcoming team in our offices located in Tunis, Rue du Lac Windemere.
As part of this professional opportunity, your role will be to search for, establish, and manage partnerships with third-party healthcare networks in North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia, subcontracted by Henner, in order to provide its members with access to care without any upfront payment.
If you join us, you will be responsible for the following activities:
Conduct comparative studies of healthcare network solutions in various countries, develop, and maintain knowledge of existing opportunities in the market.
Negotiate partnership contracts and healthcare network rates.
Implement actions to establish new partnerships.
Coordinate your actions with all departments within the Henner group.
Supervise the relationship with healthcare networks to ensure the implementation of best practices and smooth operations: monitor and analyze key partnership indicators, collect and review reports, set up meeting rituals, prepare meeting agendas, distribute meeting minutes, track action items, ensure deadlines are met, resolve incidents, assist with billing, and propose corrective actions using your expertise.
Conduct field visits and network audits.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
You hold a bachelor's degree (Bac +3) and have at least three years of experience in project management.
Experience in insurance and a medical background are a plus, but your personality matters just as much to us.
You are fluent in both spoken and written English and French at a professional level.
You are organized, curious, and detail-oriented.
You are comfortable using tracking tools and action plan progress management.
You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.

THE POSITION
Our Health Department is looking for a "Medical Network Assistant Coordinator W/M" for an internship lasting 2 to 3 months starting in June/July.
The Health Department supports our client companies and insured individuals with medical expertise matters. It consists of:
A Medical Unit made up of medical experts, assistants, and administrative coordinators responsible for the medical follow-up of policyholders living abroad.
A Healthcare Provider Network Unit, which maintains and develops our global network of healthcare providers to ensure our policyholders receive quality care regardless of their location.
A Prevention Unit that implements health and workplace wellness programs within client companies.
In collaboration with the Medical Network Coordinator, you will join a dynamic team at our offices located in Immeuble le Tanit du Lac, Rue du Lac Windemere, Tunis 1053.
As part of this internship, you will be involved in the following activities:
Follow-up on contracts and signed agreements,
Tracking administrative documents sent by providers/Completing contracts with missing information, sending reminders to providers to share necessary documents (KYC process),
Verifying active Henner accounts of our partners or providing assistance to activate the HPP account, scheduling training, and recording participants' names,
Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients (assisting with invoice submission and access to the HPP portal),
Liaising with healthcare partners, handling requests and questions from coordinators,
Collaborating with different departments (Operations, Medical, Network, and Legal),
Reviewing invoices

Our Support Department is looking for a “Data Analyst Intern W/M” for an internship lasting 2 to 3 months starting in June/July.
The Information Technology Services Department brings together all activities related to the transformation and digitalization of the Henner Group's information systems. It is responsible for managing the roadmap and ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic, business, and operational goals.
You will join a dynamic team in our Tunis offices, located at Immeuble le Tanit du Lac, Rue du Lac Windemere, Tunis 1053.
During this internship, you will be involved in the following activities:
Performing analyses and studies to improve client account monitoring (e.g., analysis of consumption and member pathologies, verifying consistency between incurred costs and medical services provided, tracking coverage scope based on the policy and selected providers), and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders,
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to support recommendations and actions,
Tracking the implementation and outcomes of prevention programs,
Creating and updating dashboards and reports to monitor the team’s activity,
Ensuring data quality and integrity by conducting regular consistency checks,
Providing consulting support to internal teams,
Enriching the medical data knowledge base to:
Financially quantify the medical risk associated with an insurance contract,
Determine any additional exams required to properly assess the current and potential health of the insured person,
Calculate the cost of the insurance policy (as a percentage of the standard base), possibly excluding risks that could destabilize the contract.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a student in computer science, management, statistics, or data mining. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Operations Department encompasses all activities related to underwriting, drafting, and day-to-day management of our clients’ contracts. You will handle administrative management tasks:
Managing the contract lifecycle: contract registration and termination, processing of premium payments,
Health benefit management: processing reimbursements, preparing quotes,
Issuing guarantee of payment documents, in accordance with internal procedures,
Updating and modifying records (contract details, address, bank account information, etc.).
You will manage customer relations:
Providing information to insured members regarding their contract benefits, reimbursements, and all related aspects,
Handling queries about policy life cycle events (subscription, endorsements, cancellations, premiums), primarily via phone and/or email,
Advising and responding to all inquiries from insured individuals and healthcare professionals.
