Chef de Projets – Expérience clients F/H

Votre poste est basé à Neuilly sur Seine. Au sein de notre département projets de transformation rattaché à la direction des Opérations Internationales (300 collaborateurs), nous recrutons un Chef de Projets – Expérience Clients pour répondre à nos enjeux de croissance.

Les projets menés répondent à 2 enjeux principaux :

  • Optimiser le quotidien de nos services client en déployant des outils ou en optimisant des processus internes

  • Garantir notre compétitivité en développant de nouveaux services ou process dans le but d’améliorer l’expérience client

Les missions qui lui sont confiées sont les suivantes :

  • Analyser l’existant : compréhension du besoin, des priorités et des contraintes, identification des irritants, collecte et analyse des données et documents existants, conduite d’entretiens avec les interlocuteurs clés…

  • Définir la cible : animation d’ateliers, formalisation de nouveaux processus, proposition de solutions, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles …

  • Réaliser la conduite du changement : préparation des supports de formation, animer les formations, formalisation des supports de communication…

  • Piloter et suivre : animation des réunions de cadrage, comités projets et de pilotage, coordination de l’ensemble des parties prenantes, partage des risques et alertes potentiels identifiés pour en minimiser les impacts, analyse des KPI et indicateurs qualité…

  • Encourager la culture client et la promouvoir au sein du groupe

VOS QUALITÉS HUMAINES ET PROFESSIONNELLES POUR CE POSTE

Vous avez un bac +5 avec une expérience dans le conseil ou la gestion de projet dans une entreprise de service ; la connaissance du métier de l’assurance serait un plus … mais votre personnalité nous intéresse tout autant.

Vous devez avoir une bonne maitrise orale et écrite de l’anglais et être à l’aise avec Excel et Power Point.

Vous êtes autonome, curieux et rigoureux. Vous aimez être force de proposition et vous savez faire preuve d’un esprit de synthèse tout en étant à l’aise pour communiquer avec différents interlocuteurs internes et externes.

    You manage and supervise the activity of your team :
