Inspecteur Commercial F/H
VOTRE POSTE ET VOTRE VIE CHEZ HENNER
Au sein de la Direction Commerciale d’Henner Solutions Courtage, entité commerciale du Groupe Henner dédiée au courtage de proximité, vous intégrerez la région Auvergne Rhône Alpes et rejoignez une équipe d’inspecteurs localisée à Lyon (5ème arrondissement de Lyon).
En rejoignant cette équipe composée de cinq collaborateurs, vous prendrez part au suivi commercial d’un portefeuille en plein développement sur les marchés des entreprises, des indépendants, des particuliers et de la mobilité internationale.
Vous serez rattaché(e) et accompagné(e) dans vos missions par le manager de la zone sud du réseau Henner Solutions Courtage.
Vous avez pour principales missions :
Votre activité principale consiste à développer et animer un réseau de courtiers, sur un secteur géographique défini, sur l’ensemble des solutions proposées par le Groupe Henner (i.e. : Entreprises – Indépendants – Particuliers – Mobilité Internationale).
Pour ce faire :
Dans le respect des orientations de l’entreprise, vous élaborez une stratégie de mise en œuvre d’un plan d’actions commerciales propre à votre zone et aux différents marchés confiés
Vous recrutez, fidélisez et animez vos courtiers afin de développer le portefeuille et chiffre d’affaires de votre réseau
Par votre expertise, vous apportez un soutien commercial et technique afin d’accompagner votre réseau d’apporteurs dans leur montée en compétence (formation sur les produits, parcours de vente, solution de gestion, …)
Vous serez attentif à la qualité de la production des partenaires que vous aurez en charge (qualité des ventes, pilotage commerciale et technique du portefeuille, ratio santé / prévoyance, ...)
Vous êtes attentifs aux détails, au pilotage et au reporting sur l’ensemble des actions de votre zone
Par votre savoir-faire technique, vous accompagnez quotidiennement la vie du portefeuille (mise en conformité, évolution réglementaire, compréhension des processus interne, …)
Vous représentez Henner Solutions Courtage sur un ensemble d’instances de place (salons, animations commerciales à votre main, évènements de réseaux tiers, initiatives personnelles)
Vous travaillez en étroite coordination avec les inspecteurs de la zone, les chargés d’affaires ainsi que l’ensemble des attachés commerciaux, afin de contribuer à la réussite de votre région
Enfin, vous collaborez avec divers intervenants internes (direction technique, offres et produits, opérations de gestion, middle office, etc.) pour assurer une gestion efficace du portefeuille confié
Poste itinérant – mobilité régionale.
PROFIL RECHERCHE
• Vous possédez un sens commercial avéré, une appétence pour les sujets techniques, et souhaitez être acteur dans le développement d’une zone
• Vous avez une bonne expérience commerciale concernant la prospection, le développement et le suivi d’un réseau de courtiers
• Vous avez une affection particulière pour le terrain et la résolution de problématique
• Votre maîtrise des solutions santé et prévoyance collective / individuelle sera un prérequis pour le développement et l’accompagnement du réseau
• Bon communicant, vous arrivez à nouer des liens de confiance avec votre environnement
• Enfin, l’écoute, la bienveillance, le travail en équipe et le sens du collectif font partis de vos valeurs

Medical Network Assistant Coordinator W/M
THE POSITION
Our Health Department is looking for a "Medical Network Assistant Coordinator W/M" for an internship lasting 2 to 3 months starting in June/July.
The Health Department supports our client companies and insured individuals with medical expertise matters. It consists of:
A Medical Unit made up of medical experts, assistants, and administrative coordinators responsible for the medical follow-up of policyholders living abroad.
A Healthcare Provider Network Unit, which maintains and develops our global network of healthcare providers to ensure our policyholders receive quality care regardless of their location.
A Prevention Unit that implements health and workplace wellness programs within client companies.
In collaboration with the Medical Network Coordinator, you will join a dynamic team at our offices located in Immeuble le Tanit du Lac, Rue du Lac Windemere, Tunis 1053.
As part of this internship, you will be involved in the following activities:
Follow-up on contracts and signed agreements,
Tracking administrative documents sent by providers/Completing contracts with missing information, sending reminders to providers to share necessary documents (KYC process),
Verifying active Henner accounts of our partners or providing assistance to activate the HPP account, scheduling training, and recording participants' names,
Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients (assisting with invoice submission and access to the HPP portal),
Liaising with healthcare partners, handling requests and questions from coordinators,
Collaborating with different departments (Operations, Medical, Network, and Legal),
Reviewing invoices
YOUR PROFILE
You are a student with strong knowledge in negotiation. You know how to showcase your management skills and have excellent prioritization abilities.
You have strong analytical thinking and can identify problems and provide relevant solutions. Detail-oriented, you have already operated in an international context.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proactive, dynamic, and organized, you are capable of multitasking while meeting deadlines.
You are bilingual in French and fluent in English (B1 or B2 level).

Data Analyst W/M
THE POSITION
Our Support Department is looking for a “Data Analyst Intern W/M” for an internship lasting 2 to 3 months starting in June/July.
The Information Technology Services Department brings together all activities related to the transformation and digitalization of the Henner Group's information systems. It is responsible for managing the roadmap and ensuring alignment with the Group’s strategic, business, and operational goals.
You will join a dynamic team in our Tunis offices, located at Immeuble le Tanit du Lac, Rue du Lac Windemere, Tunis 1053.
During this internship, you will be involved in the following activities:
Performing analyses and studies to improve client account monitoring (e.g., analysis of consumption and member pathologies, verifying consistency between incurred costs and medical services provided, tracking coverage scope based on the policy and selected providers), and sharing insights with relevant stakeholders,
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to support recommendations and actions,
Tracking the implementation and outcomes of prevention programs,
Creating and updating dashboards and reports to monitor the team’s activity,
Ensuring data quality and integrity by conducting regular consistency checks,
Providing consulting support to internal teams,
Enriching the medical data knowledge base to:
Financially quantify the medical risk associated with an insurance contract,
Determine any additional exams required to properly assess the current and potential health of the insured person,
Calculate the cost of the insurance policy (as a percentage of the standard base), possibly excluding risks that could destabilize the contract.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a student in computer science, management, statistics, or data mining. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Autonomous and detail-oriented, you enjoy working in a team and are a good listener with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
You are comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAS, and you have a strong sense of customer service.
You are bilingual in English and/or French.

Client Services Officer W/M
THE POSITION
Our Operations Department is looking for a "Client Services Officer Intern (W/M for an internship lasting 2 to 3 months starting in June/July.
The Operations Department encompasses all activities related to underwriting, drafting, and day-to-day management of our clients’ contracts. The Group’s fully integrated organization allows for comprehensive technical and administrative contract management, personalized customer relations, and high responsiveness.
Reporting to the Management Unit Supervisor, you will join a dynamic team at our offices in Immeuble le Tanit du Lac, Rue du Lac Windemere, Tunis 1053.
As part of this internship, you will be involved in the following activities:
You will handle administrative management tasks:
Managing the contract lifecycle: contract registration and termination, processing of premium payments,
Health benefit management: processing reimbursements, preparing quotes,
Issuing guarantee of payment documents, in accordance with internal procedures,
Updating and modifying records (contract details, address, bank account information, etc.).
You will manage customer relations:
Providing information to insured members regarding their contract benefits, reimbursements, and all related aspects,
Handling queries about policy life cycle events (subscription, endorsements, cancellations, premiums), primarily via phone and/or email,
Advising and responding to all inquiries from insured individuals and healthcare professionals.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a student in language studies, business school, or healthcare management. You have excellent verbal communication and strong writing skills.
You are autonomous, rigorous, and enjoy working as part of a team. You are a good listener with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
You are comfortable on the phone, calm, diplomatic, and have a strong sense of customer service.
You are bilingual in English and/or French.
