Technicien Support IT F/H

LE POSTE

Notre Direction des Fonctions Support recherche son apprenti « Technicien Informatique F/H » pour une durée de 12 à 24 mois.

Notre Direction des Systèmes d’Informations transforme et digitalise l’ensemble des Systèmes d’information du Groupe Henner. Elle est notamment composée du pôle Operations et infrastructures qui assure l'installation et la garantie du bon fonctionnement des équipements informatiques et téléphoniques (Hard et soft) des postes de travail des collaborateurs du groupe Henner.

En collaboration avec le Responsable Support, vous rejoindrez une équipe conviviale dans nos bureaux de Nantes (44).

Dans le cadre de cette alternance, vous serez associé aux activités suivantes :

Préparer et déployer des PC portables via Microsoft Intune

Préparer et déployer des terminaux mobiles et autres périphériques connectés au réseau.

Assurer le bon fonctionnement du réseau local.

Assister les utilisateurs et les partenaires sur site ou à distance, afin de résoudre au plus vite leurs incidents et les aider à travailler au mieux avec leurs outils bureautiques, informatiques, tout en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes du pôle infrastructure (administrateurs, helpdesk, projets…).

Assurer le reporting et l’analyse des indicateurs de sécurité par le RSSI.

Gérer des demandes et incidents VIP.

Gérer des salles de réunion (matériel de visioconférence, tablette de réservation des salles…)

Rédiger des procédures afin d’alimenter une base de connaissance et permettre la mutualisation de cette dernière.

Suivre et gérer l’inventaire du parc/stock informatique en collaboration avec l’équipe Asset.

Rédiger des procédures et des dossiers de production afin de permettre la mutualisation des connaissances.

Gérer des demandes et incidents via l’outil de ticketing SERVICENOW.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

Vous préparez un BTS SIO ou SLAM et vous êtes curieux, rigoureux, organisé.

Idéalement vous avez une bonne connaissance de la solution Microsoft Intune.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe et faites preuve d’une excellente communication et d’aisance relationnelle.

Respectueux des règles établies, des normes de sécurité (ISO 27001), vous êtes apte à les mettre en application dans l’objectif de garantir la sécurité du SI.

Vous êtes à l’aise sur les environnements Windows 11 et MAC.

Vous avez de bonnes connaissances dans l’administration Active directory.

Vous avez des connaissances dans la messagerie Exchange.

Vos capacités d’adaptation, votre autonomie et votre proactivité seront des atouts essentiels pour ce poste.

Enfin, vous avez des notions en anglais (oral et écrit).

    Le Département Juridique est composé d’une équipe Legal Business & Corporate.     LE POSTE

    Notre Direction Juridique recherche son futur « Juriste Corporate F/H » en CDI.

    Le Département Juridique est composé d’une équipe Legal Business & Corporate. Son activité consiste à assurer, pour l’ensemble des filiales du Groupe, une mission de conseil, d’expertise, de veille juridique, de protection et de défense de ses intérêts. Elle garantit également la conformité des activités Henner à la réglementation et accompagne son développement.

    En support au Directeur Juridique Assurance, vous intègrerez une équipe à taille humaine d’experts au siège social situé à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92).

    En tant que Juriste Corporate, vous êtes associé aux activités suivantes :

    Réaliser le suivi juridique des filiales et succursales du Groupe Henner en France, et àl’international en relation avec les avocats locaux

    Gérer les opérations juridiques relatives à la vie sociale de ces entités (Conseils d’Administration, Assemblées, renouvellements et modification des mandats, mise à jour de la documentation sociale interne…)

    Procéder aux démarches administratives (Légalisation, Apostille, Traductions…)

    Rédiger et suivre les conventions intragroupes

    Suivre l’environnement juridique en général des entités concernées : volets conseil et contractuel

    Assurer l’interface avec les services du siège impliqués dans la vie des filiales (Direction Financière, RH)

    Participer aux projets transverses

    Réaliser la veille juridique droit des affaires, selon l’actualité législative et réglementaire

    LE PROFIL RECHERCHE

    Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac+5 en Droit des sociétés et bénéficiez de 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste de Juriste Corporate.

    Vous faites preuve d’organisation, êtes pragmatique et savez gérer les priorités.

    Votre sens de l’écoute et du service, ainsi que votre excellent relationnel, seront des atouts majeurs.

    Vos qualités d’analyse et de synthèse ajoutées à vos aptitudes rédactionnelles sont déterminantes pour occuper ce poste.

    Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et vous avez un niveau courant en anglais (lu, écrit et parlé).
