As a member of the Prévoyance team within our Operations Department, you will be responsible for administrative management in accordance with internal procedures:
- claims management (incapacity, disability, daily benefits, death), from initiation to settlement.
- file preparation (analysis of supporting documents and guarantees, reminders for missing documents),
- monitoring payments.
- Receiving telephone calls to advise our policyholders and customers (HR contacts) on file follow-up and management.
- Management of contract life: registration and cancellation of contracts, collection of premiums, etc.
Please note: there is no prospecting or selling involved in your role.

THE POSITION:
Our Health & Medical department is recruiting its future "Account Coordinator" on a permanent contract. You will join a dynamic and welcoming team in our office located in Abidjan.
As Medical Network Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with healthcare professionals in a predefined geographical area, enabling Henner policyholders to have easier access to healthcare: you will have a predefined portfolio of countries and your daily missions will be:
Analyze your portfolio, and define the action plan for the development and maintenance of the care network;
Prospect for healthcare professionals based on customer needs;
Negotiate partnership contracts and care rates;
Train care partners in contractual procedures;
Interact daily and maintain fluid relations with care partners in your country portfolio;
Master current practices in each country and ensure compliance standards are met;
Organize regular visits to partners in your portfolio (international travel to be planned);
Coordinate with various Henner internal departments in relation to the care network;
Help resolve billing issues and unblock emergency situations at care partners (regular phone calls, regular meetings and training).

You hold a bachelor's degree and have at least three years of experience in project management.
Experience in insurance and a medical background are a plus, but your personality matters just as much to us.
You are fluent in both spoken and written English and French at a professional level (C1 level required).

Au sein de l’équipe Paie, vous participerez à la gestion complète de la paie pour les collaborateurs du groupe en France, dans le respect des délais, des obligations légales et conventionnelles.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Paie, au sein d’une équipe dynamique et bienveillante de 6 personnes, basée au siège social à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92).
Dans le cadre de cette opportunité professionnelle, vos principales missions seront :
Gestion administrative :
Saisie des embauches
Gestion des heures négatives (extraction, contacts avec les collaborateurs/managers, corrections)
Gestion des indemnités kilométriques vélo
Gestion des campagnes de transports publics

Paie :
Elaboration et envoi des documents de soldes de tout compte

LE PROFIL RECHERCHE
Diplômé d’une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en ressources humaines, paie ou comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 7 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.
Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble du processus de paie, des éléments variables jusqu’aux déclarations sociales (DSN), et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques associés (logiciel de paie, SIRH, Excel).
Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et discrétion sont indispensables pour réussir à ce poste. Vous aimez travailler en équipe, savez gérer les priorités, et faites preuve d’un bon relationnel dans vos échanges avec les collaborateurs.
Une connaissance de la solution PeopleNet (Méta4/CEGID) serait un véritable plus.
