Responsable d'Unité de Gestion F/H

VOTRE POSTE ET VOTRE VIE CHEZ HENNER

Au sein de notre Direction des Opérations Santé, nous recrutons un Responsable d'Unité de Gestion. Votre poste, en CDI, est basé à Villeneuve d’Ascq.

Rattaché(e) au responsable du centre de gestion, vous intégrez une équipe de 8 managers. Vous êtes responsable d’une équipe polyvalente d’une vingtaine de collaborateurs ayant pour mission de gérer la relation client (téléphone et e-mail) et les activités de back office (remboursements, adhésions…).

Vous êtes garant du bon fonctionnement de l’ensemble des processus de votre unité de de gestion ainsi que de la relation partenaire qui vous sera confiée. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de gestion, commerciales et avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes du partenaire, pour atteindre les objectifs et faire évoluer les pratiques.

Ce poste requiert de grandes qualités managériales et collaboratives et une forte culture client.

  • Recruter, intégrer et accompagner la montée en compétence de votre équipe dans le respect de nos valeurs définis autour du « Caring »

  • Vous définissez et déclinez votre feuille de route pour atteindre vos objectifs

  • Vous êtes garant du pilotage opérationnel de votre activité : suivi et animation des indicateurs de performance, organisation de l’activité, dimensionnement de l’équipe

  • Vous proposez vos idées pour améliorer nos process de gestion (qualité, efficacité, délais...)

Garantir la satisfaction client et partenaire

  • Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre de la convention de gestion partenaire (indicateurs, processus ...)

  • Vous participez aux comités de suivi et de pilotage de l’activité avec les équipes de notre partenaire avec lesquelles vous collaborez activement 

  • Vous animez la qualité de la Relation Client et faites vivre la culture Client au sein de votre équipe et sur le site

Participer aux projets groupe

  • Vous déclinez les objectifs du site et du groupe en plan d’action opérationnel, vous les portez et donnez du sens à votre équipe

  • Vous accompagnez les transformations et les projets en cours

  • Vous collaborez et optimisez les pratiques au sein du collectif managérial (8 managers, 25 animateurs de proximité)

  • Vous préconisez des évolutions dans une dynamique d’amélioration continue

    DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

    Nous recherchons un Conseiller Commercial F/H pour rejoindre notre centre de relation client et plus particulièrement notre équipe dédiée aux partenaires (Mutuelles, Assureurs, Instituts de prévoyance), située à Villeneuve-d'Ascq (59), dans le cadre d'un CDD.

    Sous le Responsable de service, vous intègrerez une équipe de 10 conseillers et les accompagnerez dans la prise de contacts téléphoniques avec les assurés (appels sortants / entrants) principalement pour la commercialisation de contrats de complémentaire santé en B TO B et B TO C.

    Tout au long de votre parcours, vous serez formés(es) aux outils Henner, aux bases de l’assurance et vous bénéficierez d’un accompagnement par des conseillers confirmés de l’équipe.

    VOS MISSIONS :

    En qualité de Conseiller Commercial, vous serez amenés(es) à travailler sur les thématiques suivantes :

    Gérer les demandes clients (souscription, modification de garanties, résiliation...) quel que soit le canal de communication utilisé (mail, téléphone, courrier).

    Assurer le devoir de conseil en renseignant le prospect/client sur l’offre la plus adaptée à ses besoins et son budget, émettre les devis, réaliser les relances commerciales.

    Assurer le suivi des dossiers (traitement du courrier, scan, archivage) en saisissant les informations détaillées dans l’outil dédié en temps réel et tenir informé régulièrement le client.

    Traiter les réclamations des clients et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires afin d'améliorer la satisfaction clients.

    Emissions d’appels sortants dans le cadre d’une campagne commerciale ou afin de relancer les prospects sur les devis en cours

    PROFIL RECHERCHE :

    Vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience professionnelle d’un an minimum acquis dans un poste de chargé de clientèle ou conseiller client.

    Vous êtes dotés(es) d’un bon relationnel, et maitrisez l’expression orale et écrite (orthographe, syntaxe).

    Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé(e), ce qui vous permettra de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.

    Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et faites preuve d’autonomie dans les tâches qui vous sont confiées, ce qui vous permet de contribuer à la vie de l’équipe sur l’ensemble des sujets.

    DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

    Nous recherchons un Conseiller Commercial F/H pour rejoindre notre centre de relation client et plus particulièrement notre équipe dédiée aux partenaires (Mutuelles, Assureurs, Instituts de prévoyance), située à Villeneuve-d'Ascq (59), dans le cadre d'un CDD.

    Sous le Responsable de service, vous intègrerez une équipe de 10 conseillers et les accompagnerez dans la prise de contacts téléphoniques avec les assurés (appels sortants / entrants) principalement pour la commercialisation de contrats de complémentaire santé en B TO B et B TO C.

    Tout au long de votre parcours, vous serez formés(es) aux outils Henner, aux bases de l’assurance et vous bénéficierez d’un accompagnement par des conseillers confirmés de l’équipe.

    VOS MISSIONS :

    En qualité de Conseiller Commercial, vous serez amenés(es) à travailler sur les thématiques suivantes :

    Gérer les demandes clients (souscription, modification de garanties, résiliation...) quel que soit le canal de communication utilisé (mail, téléphone, courrier).

    Assurer le devoir de conseil en renseignant le prospect/client sur l’offre la plus adaptée à ses besoins et son budget, émettre les devis, réaliser les relances commerciales.

    Assurer le suivi des dossiers (traitement du courrier, scan, archivage) en saisissant les informations détaillées dans l’outil dédié en temps réel et tenir informé régulièrement le client.

    Traiter les réclamations des clients et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires afin d'améliorer la satisfaction clients.

    Emissions d’appels sortants dans le cadre d’une campagne commerciale ou afin de relancer les prospects sur les devis en cours

    PROFIL RECHERCHE :

    Vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience professionnelle d’un an minimum acquis dans un poste de chargé de clientèle ou conseiller client.

    Vous êtes dotés(es) d’un bon relationnel, et maitrisez l’expression orale et écrite (orthographe, syntaxe).

    Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé(e), ce qui vous permettra de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.

    Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe et faites preuve d’autonomie dans les tâches qui vous sont confiées, ce qui vous permet de contribuer à la vie de l’équipe sur l’ensemble des sujets.

    Nous utilisons différents outils digitaux pour le suivi de notre comptabilité et limitons autant que possible les documents papiers, vous savez vous adapter sans soucis à plusieurs outils (Pack Office 365).
