Client Services Officer W/M

YOUR POSITION AND LIFE AT HENNER

Your position is based in Singapore. Within our entity, we are recruiting 1 new Client Services Officer to meet our growth challenges.

You are the privileged contact of our insureds :

- You will advise and assist them whatever channel they choose: telephone, e-mail or mail and you will manage the payment of their benefits,

- You actively contribute to their satisfaction through the quality of the response provided, the quality of processing and your contribution to the achievement of our site's performance indicators.

You manage calls from our beneficiaries and health professionals :

- You inform and advise our clients on the coverage they have taken out,

- You accompany them on a daily basis in their care.

You carry out the administrative management :

- management of the contract life: registration and cancellation of contracts, collection of contributions,

- management of health benefits: recording of reimbursements, preparation of estimates, issuing of reimbursements, etc. in accordance with internal procedures,

- management of updates and modifications to files (contract, address, bank details, etc.).

You manage customer relations :

- You will provide information to policyholders on their contract coverage, reimbursements and all aspects related to the life of the contract (subscription, amendments, cancellations, contributions, etc.), mainly by telephone and/or e-mail,

- You advise them and answer all their requests as well as those of health professionals.

There is no prospecting or selling involved in your job.

    Nous recherchons un Conseiller Commercial F/H pour rejoindre notre centre de relation client et plus particulièrement notre équipe dédiée aux partenaires (Mutuelles, Assureurs, Instituts de prévoyance), située à Villeneuve-d'Ascq (59), dans le cadre d'un CDD.

    Sous le Responsable de service, vous intègrerez une équipe de 10 conseillers et les accompagnerez dans la prise de contacts téléphoniques avec les assurés (appels sortants / entrants) principalement pour la commercialisation de contrats de complémentaire santé en B TO B et B TO C.

    Tout au long de votre parcours, vous serez formés(es) aux outils Henner, aux bases de l’assurance et vous bénéficierez d’un accompagnement par des conseillers confirmés de l’équipe.

    VOS MISSIONS :

    En qualité de Conseiller Commercial, vous serez amenés(es) à travailler sur les thématiques suivantes :

    Gérer les demandes clients (souscription, modification de garanties, résiliation...) quel que soit le canal de communication utilisé (mail, téléphone, courrier).

    Assurer le devoir de conseil en renseignant le prospect/client sur l’offre la plus adaptée à ses besoins et son budget, émettre les devis, réaliser les relances commerciales.

    Assurer le suivi des dossiers (traitement du courrier, scan, archivage) en saisissant les informations détaillées dans l’outil dédié en temps réel et tenir informé régulièrement le client.

    Traiter les réclamations des clients et mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires afin d'améliorer la satisfaction clients.

    PROFIL RECHERCHE :

    Vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience professionnelle d’un an minimum acquis dans un poste de chargé de clientèle ou conseiller client.

    Vous êtes dotés(es) d’un bon relationnel, et maitrisez l’expression orale et écrite (orthographe, syntaxe).

    Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé(e), ce qui vous permettra de gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.

    Your position is based in Paris. We are recruiting within our entity 1 new Client Services Manager to meet our growth challenges.

    Reporting to the Operation site Manager, you will manage and support a team of 6 to 12 employees. You will be responsible for the quality of customer service in the field of international health insurance plans in a client-based organisation.

    You manage and supervise the activity of your team :

    You control and monitor activity reports (reports, deadlines, );

    You ensure the satisfaction of all your contacts (policyholders, partners, internal and external customers, etc.);

    You ensure that our quality process is respected in your team;

    You contribute to the improvement of processes (quality, efficiency, deadlines, etc.);

    You are in charge of your clients in your scope :

    You represent the company by preparing the meetings and the presentations;

    You manage the complaints;

    You work with our sales managers to improve client satisfaction;

    You work with our sales managers on tender process.

    You support your team on a daily basis:

    You recruit, integrate and support the development of all your employees in accordance with our "caring" values;

    You have a previous successful experience in improving customer journey, client service or similar job roles. A degree in insurance or management will be a plus... but your personality interests us just as much.

    You are able to work well in a self-directed, fast paced environment and you use initiative. You are familiar with administration software, KPI’s. You are methodical and demonstrate rigor, organization and reactivity on a daily basis. You are concerned with achieving the objectives set: processing quality, volumes, deadlines. You are enjoy working within a team.

    You must be bilingual in English and in French in order to carry out your missions.
