Account Manager International Organizations W/M

YOUR POSITION AND LIFE AT HENNER

Your position is ased at Tunis. Within our International Organizations sales department, which provides insurance management and brokerage services to governmental and non-governmental organizations, we are recruiting an Account Manager W/M to meet our growth challenges.

As a key player in Henner's relationship with its international clients, your work will mainly involve advising and assisting your clients (70% of your time) and business development (30% of your time).

- Advice and support your clients:

You will be responsible for a portfolio of 4 to 5 very large accounts, European or global organizations, which you will support and advise in the management and development of their social protection program. Covering Health, Life and Death & Disability risks and offering innovative services to their agents, these global programs require a close and high value-added follow-up through:

  • a technical analysis of the contract, in order to deliver to your HR focal point a set of conclusions and recommendations allowing him to manage his contract;

  • advising and selling new services, aiming to develop the quality of the social protection program offered to the client;

  • managing the day-to-day questions or requests related to your clients and coordinating all the internal departments (Operation, Medical, Network, IT) that must intervene in order to provide the necessary solution to the client;

- Business Development:

The second part of your activity is dedicated to business development by responding to calls for tenders and consultations from the International Organizations Department's prospects.

During the response phase of these requests for proposals (between 6 and 10 per year), you will put forward your expertise in international social protection by :

  • Analyzing precisely the specifications of the request for proposals;

  • Co-leading the preparation of the response, in collaboration with our Bid Coordinator;

  • Managing the relationship with the insurers-partners through: preparation of the submission file to the insurers, technical and pricing negotiations on all the characteristics of the file;

  • Preparing the technical and financial response, aiming for excellence in a proposal that demonstrates the relevance and quality of Henner's services for the organization in question;

  • Ensuring that internal departments are fully capable of managing the contract as described in the proposal.

YOUR HUMAN AND PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES FOR THIS POSITION

You have a Master's degree and good knowledge (minimum 5 years) in the insurance or consulting sector with or without experience... but we are equally interested in your personality.

    Your position is based in Guadeloupe. Reporting to the Sales Management Department, we are recruiting a Sales Consultant W/M to meet our growth challenges.

    Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening and developing the portfolio of the AIOSanté partner in the Guadeloupe/St Martin/St Barthelemy region with the implementation of insurance contracts and the follow-up of the group's clients or prospects, and for implementing all the necessary means to respond to the orientations.

    You will be part of a sales team of eight people, and will be assigned to the Guadeloupe (St Martin/St Barthélémy) portfolio of our partner AIOSanté, located in Nantes.

    As a Sales Consultant W/M, you will be responsible for the following tasks

    - Develop sales of AIOSanté's insurance products for public sector employees, ensure the marketing of these products and contribute to the development of customer loyalty

    - Meet and lead a network of prescribers (public service),

    - Advise the client on the different renewal strategies while ensuring the optimisation of the plans and results,

    - Propose the development of new market offers to anticipate changes, evolutions and client needs,

    - Representing the Group and AIOSanté, participating in and/or leading presentations at professional, commercial and institutional events (forums, standby sessions, etc.)

    - Ensure technical, administrative and commercial support on the perimeter (interface with the sales team, management of customer complaints)

    The Cash Flow Offcier W/M will be responsible for monitoring financial flows linked to brokers: contribution commissions

    You will be responsible for the following tasks under the responsibility of the Head of the Broker division
