Technical Sales Coordinator W/M

THE POSITION

As part of our Consulting Business Unit, we are hiring a Technical Sales Coordinator W/M on a permanent contract (CDI) to support our growth. The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Reporting to the Manager, your main mission is to act as a liaison and facilitate collaboration between the Sales teams and the Operations/Support teams, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and internal processes.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main duties will include:

  • Following up on commercial files prepared and signed by the Front Office: verifying their accuracy and completeness, and setting them up in the relevant systems (BMF, Benefits tables, Client guides, indexation processing, etc.).

  • Facilitating communication and coordination with the Front Office and other Henner departments.

  • Managing client claims and issues that require investigation with other teams, and resolving blocking situations.

  • Ensuring correct contract configuration (execution, review, and adjustments).

  • Anticipating impacts and performing necessary actions to maintain seamless Middle Office operations, especially those affecting other processes during the contract lifecycle.

  • Contributing to process improvements and performance indicators in collaboration with other departments (Operations, Finance, etc.).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, and versatility. Team spirit, organizational skills, and effective communication are key assets.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and IT systems.

  • Fluency in English is a plus.

    THE POSITION:  

    Our operations Department is currently seeking new Client Services Officer on a permanent contract to join us and help meet the challenges of our growth.  

    This position is based at our Madrid office, where you will become part of a dynamic and supportive management team. 

    In this role, you will advise and assist our clients with their inquiries via phone and email.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Customer Relationship

    • Handle customer inquiries and provide advice regarding their health insurance contracts, coverage, reimbursements, and all aspects of their contract life (subscription, amendments, cancellations, premiums, etc.).

    Administrative Management

    • Contracts: registration and cancellation, premium collection.

    • Health services: enter reimbursements, create quotes, issue coverage approvals... in accordance with internal procedures.

    Customer Satisfaction

    Our Operations Division is looking for its future Funeral Guarantee Officer (W/M) on a permanent contract.

    As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

    Supporting our beneficiaries and their families:

    Managing contract administration and services:
