Our Operations Department is looking for a 6-month intern to join a Management Unit as a Client Service Officer W/M.
The Operations Department covers all the activities of underwriting, drafting and current management of our clients' contracts. Reporting to the Management Unit Manager, you will join a dynamic team at the Lisbon office : Avenida 5 de Outubro 125.
Within the framework of this internship, you will be associated with the following activities :
You carry out the administrative management :
Management of the life of the contract: registration and cancellation of contracts, collection of contributions,
Management of health benefits: recording of reimbursements, preparation of estimates,
Issuance of reimbursements... in accordance with internal procedures,
Management of updates and modifications of files (contract, address, RIB...).
You manage the customer relationship :
You inform the policyholders about the guarantees of their contracts, the reimbursements and all aspects

You advise them and answer all their requests as well as those of health professionals.

Le poste est basé à Neuilly-sur-Seine, au sein de la Direction du contrôle interne et de la conformité, nous recrutons un Chargé de conformité F/H pour répondre à nos enjeux de croissance.
Vous avez pour missions principales :
-Suivi des évolutions des normes et législations auxquelles sont soumises les entités du Groupe
-Mise à jour des politiques S2 rattachées à la fonction clé vérification de la conformité
-Mise à jour ou élaboration des procédures et modes opératoires sur les thématiques de conformité (RGPD, LCB-FT, DDA, Déshérence, etc.)
-L’accompagnement des évolutions projets/produits
-Contribuer à l’élaboration des reportings réglementaires
-Déployer les travaux de cartographie des risques de non-conformité et identifier les dispositifs de maîtrise des risques
-Accompagner les équipes internes dans la mise à jour des règlementations qui s’appliquent à l’entreprise
-Participation à l’élaboration des plans de contrôles sur les thématiques de conformité (RGPD, LCB-FT, DDA, Déshérence, etc.)
-Prendre en charge les contrôles de non-conformité,
-Contribuer à la diffusion et à la bonne application des procédures liées à la gestion du risque de non-conformité
-Assurer les relations avec les organismes d’assurances partenaires et les régulateurs quant aux sujets liés à la conformité
-Réaliser un reporting de suivi des actions
-Sensibilisation et formations des collaborateurs
VOS QUALITÉS HUMAINES ET PROFESSIONNELLES POUR CE POSTE
Idéalement diplômé d’un master en droit orienté banque/assurance, vous avez une expérience opérationnelle de 3-5 ans dans le suivi des sujets Conformité.
La connaissance du monde de l’Assurance de personnes est un plus.
Vous avez une appétence pour la gestion de projet
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre proactivité, votre sens de l’organisation et vos capacités d’analyse, vous êtes à l’aise dans la communication écrite et orale (en français et en anglais)
Vous êtes très à l’aise avec le pack office.

Our Health Department is looking for a 4-month intern to join a regional manager of the medical network as a Medical Network Assistant.
The health department supports our companies and policyholders when a medical event occurs. It is divided into 3 divisions:
- Medical, composed of medical experts (dentist, doctor, nurse) as well as assistants and administrative coordinators in charge of controlling specific health files.
- Care network, in charge of maintaining and developing our network of hospitals and health care providers so that our policyholders can benefit from the best service wherever they are.
- Prevention, in charge of developing preventive actions and quality of life at work within companies to avoid health problems (screening campaign, vaccination, etc.).
To enable you to gain professional experience and put your knowledge into practice, we are recruiting a Medical Network Assistant trainee who will join our Medical Expertise and Care Network Department for a period of 4 months.
In collaboration with the Medical Network Coordinator, you will join a dynamic team at the Lisbon office : Avenida 5 de Outubro 125.
Within the framework of this internship, you will be associated with the following activities :
Follow up on the contracts/Drat contracts signed/ follow up on the administrative document that the providers send/ Fill in the contracts with missing information. We need help on that, and to send reminders to the providers to share the necessary documents (including the KYC).
Check if the partners have a Henner account, active, or need help activating the HPP account, schedule the training and save the name of the attendees to the training.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients (to assist in submission of invoices, access HPP Portal).
Liaise with health care partners requests and queries from coordinators.
Liaise with different departments (operations, medical, network and legal).
