Your position, on a permanent basis, is based in Nantes, a few steps from the TGV station. Within our Health Operations Department, we are recruiting a Management Unit Manager to meet our growth challenges.

You will be responsible for the management of a team of 10 to 15 people:

You will be responsible for the operational management of your activity:

  • You will be responsible for the management of performance indicators (incoming flows, processed flows, deadlines, etc.)

  • You master the various analysis and decision-making tools

  • You coordinate, with all the support teams, any action related to your activity and your customers' expectations,

  • You propose your ideas to improve our Management processes (quality, efficiency, deadlines, etc.)

  • You represent the company to your customers and partners

You support your team on a daily basis:

    VOTRE POSTE ET VOTRE VIE CHEZ HENNER :

    La Direction des Systèmes d’information (environ 90 collaborateurs) recherche pour l’équipe ESB en charge du développement, configuration et de l’intégration des applications métiers de l’entreprise, un Tech Lead webMethods (H/F) afin de renforcer ses équipes.

    Vos missions principales seront :

    Participer à la refonte de notre système d’information avec la plateforme webMethods de SoftwareAG.

    Participer à la conception de l’architecture d’intégration pour l’ensemble des projets par votre connaissance des patterns d’échanges et d’intégration.

    Développer des services (SOAP et REST, etc..).

    Intégrer des EDI pour des partenaires externes via la plateforme B2B et MFT de webMethods.

    Assurer la livraison des projets d’intégration développés dans webMethods.

    Avoir une expertise technique dans le développement et le support des solutions d’intégration tout en travaillant de manière autonome et en équipe

    Documenter et participer activement à la qualité du code, tests unitaires etc.

    Participer à la maintenance applicative

    Accompagner la montée en compétence d’autres membres de l’équipe sur la plateforme webMethods.

    PROFIL RECHERCHE :

    Formation supérieure Bac+ 5 en informatique ou équivalent

    Expérience de 3 ans minimum sur la plateforme webMethods de SoftwareAG dans des projets d’entreprises.

    Compétences techniques:

    WebMethods 10.X (IS, Messaging, AT, TN, MWS, Process/Task Engine, BAM/Optimize, API Gateway), Maîtrise de la programmation orientée objet (JAVA), MS SQL Server (JDBC), XML, XSD, JSON, SOAP, REST, GitLab.

    Connaissances complémentaires (idéalement):

    WebMethod Command Central, MashZone, Base de données : Oracle, PostgresSQL, InfoDB, Microsoft Active Directory/LDAP, Messagerie SMTP, JIRA/Confluence, SonarQube, OAUTH2/SAML/SSL, Docker, Nexus

    Langages de scripting (Bash, Ksh, Powershell)

    Nous recherchons un/une Chargé(e) de recrutement en stage (avec prolongation en alternance par la suite) qui travaillera en étroite collaboration avec notre Chargée de développement RH et en support de nos HRBP et des différents managers du Groupe.
