Within our International Mobility Department, in charge of the follow-up and the development of the business of French multinationals for their mobility/expatriate activity, we are looking for a Business Manager W/M to meet our growth challenges.
Your position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
Under the responsibility of the Director of this department, you will be in charge of a high value-added client portfolio (turnover, number of lives, Group's reputation) for which you will ensure daily client relations.
This position offers you the opportunity to :
- To follow a portfolio of clients in tandem with one or more account managers, or in front of the client
- Coordinate the various actions to follow up the client portfolio with the different internal departments
- Ensure the technical, commercial and legal follow-up of the files and provide personalised answers to clients
- Contribute to the renewal of contracts by drawing up technical studies
- Checking, analysing and formatting the figures for client reports
- Working on calls for tender in synergy with all internal departments

Notre Direction Juridique recherche son apprenti(e) « Juriste Protection Sociale Complémentaire International » pour une durée de 12 mois.
La Direction Juridique assure pour l’ensemble du Groupe, une mission de conseil et de formation constante, d’expertise, de veille juridique, ainsi que de protection et défense de ses intérêts.
Elle est le garant de la conformité réglementaire des activités du Groupe, et accompagne leur développement en identifiant, en évaluant et en gérant les risques.
Au sein de la Direction Juridique, l’équipe Legal Business Partners intervient notamment auprès des équipes métiers et leur apporte tout support afin de respecter la réglementation et d’apporter un conseil éclairé aux clients du Groupe.
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Juridique, vous intègrerez une équipe à taille humaine d’experts au siège social situé à Neuilly-sur-Seine (92).
Dans le cadre de cette alternance, vous êtes associé(e) aux activités suivantes en relation avec les équipes internes et le Responsable juridique :
Aider à négocier, puis rédiger ou valider des contrats variés : accords de partenariats commerciaux, contrats de prestations de services, contrats du réseau médical, protocoles de délégation de gestion, accords de confidentialité, etc. ;
Aider à la recherche et au suivi de sujets règlementaires à l’international ;
Assurer une veille législative permanente ;
Participer à des projets transverses de la direction juridique à l’international
Accompagner quotidiennement sur l’ensemble des sujets liés à la protection sociale complémentaire, notamment la mise en place et à la mise en conformité des régimes frais de santé, prévoyance lourde et retraite et le respect des conditions d’exonérations sociales et fiscales associées ;
Rédiger des notes juridiques sur des sujets stratégiques ;
Participer à la mise en place de formations relatives à des sujets fondamentaux ou à l’actualité ;
Rédiger des articles dans le cadre d’un bulletin d’actualités mensuel.
